Excellent guide, but, it would have been more informative, if she had guided us through Versailles.

The guide was very good and the tour of the grounds was outstanding. However there were so many people there that most of our group was not able to see the inside. Just too many people for the time we were alloted.

Great Day Trip ! Guide was very knowledgable and it was especially nice to be picked up at our hotel and returned to it after the trip . Especially liked the small group we were in , The lunch was good and the setting of the restaurant was nice . The restaurant was at an Old Mill . Loved seeing the country side in France

Doing what: Skip the Line: Versailles Half-Day Tour

This was a good way to see Versailles. Our guide got us started early so we could see a lot before the crowds were too thick. She was very knowledgeable and helpful answering questions.

Doing what: Versailles and Giverny Day Trip

Rain spoiled what could have been a lovely morning in Monet's garden in Giverny. Versailles palace tour was good but inadequate time to explore the gardens.

Doing what: Versailles and Giverny Day Trip

Fantastic day out well run and enjoyable. There was a bit if a hold up getting into the Palace of Versaille which was unfortunate as it didnt give us enough time to see the gardens, but on the whole very good. I have done this trip before and am planing on going again in Sept Lunch was a particular highlight.

Good for the independent traveller who just requires transport to Versailles but doesn't want to stick with a tour group

Doing what: Versailles and Giverny Day Trip

Nice day trip to both places. It would probably be impossible to see both places in one day via train, so the bus was very nice. My only complaint was the time at Versailles was so brief. You could easily spend a day there and I recommend considering that option.

Doing what: Versailles by Bike Day Tour

This tour was the highlight of our trip to Paris! It was amazing! The palace was so beautiful and the experience of going to the market to select your picnic items and then have a picnic in front of the palace was unforgettable! The tour guide was very professional and was very nice and really made the tour enjoyable. One thing to note, when you go to the Palace you must visit the Palace first before the gardens because they will not let you in to the Palace after the gardens without waiting in line again. We made this mistake because it looked like it was going to rain and we went to the gardens first and were not able to get in the Palace. The actual time for the Palace and garden tour is too short and I would have loved to spend more time there but the tour was still totally worth every penny and more!

Wonderful! Agnes was a great guide. Loved everyone minute of it.

Doing what: Versailles by Bike Day Tour

This Bike Tour of Versailles was actually the fourth tour I have done with them and each one has been very enjoyable. Unfortunately the day of our bike tour it was FREEZING cold which made it difficult to enjoy. However, our guide Tim from Australia was very fun and we enjoyed hearing all the history. We had visited Versailles the year before and really enjoyed Marie Antoinette's Hamlet and so were disappointed to learn that on this tour we would not enter the Hamlet or either Trianon for that matter. We did enjoy the bike riding and the picnic at the Grand Canal. We were also very glad to hear that we would not be taking the bikes on the train - we picked them up just outside the train station. Overall a wonderful tour if you can do it on a warm and sunny day!

The driver was knowledgeable but appeared to be most interested in the Japanese tourists that were on the tour.
