I loved this tour. The staff were accommodating.and very professional. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and explained a lot about the history of Versailles. I highly recommend this tour company to Versailles visitors.

The tour guide, Anne was very good. Her explanation of the history of the palace, how the king and queen once live their live was very humourous. My family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed the tour. I strongly recommend anyone who is planning to join the tour.

The gardens were not in full bloom as it was winter but a trip to Versaille was still well worth It. The palace is amazing and our tour guide was great. He was a young, blonde French man who was great to listen to because he really understood and loved the era and stories of the French Revolution.

The tour guide was very good - she was very pleasant and explained things very well.
However, I was disappointed with the gardens and the fact that many statues were covered, but I guess that's how it is in January. I would not recommend Versailles in the winter.

Excellent tour of Versailles! We were met by a tour company representative right outside the train station, which was very helpful even-though the tour office is right across the street from the station. The tour began on time and the guide was very knowledgeable and her English was excellent. I would recommend this tour to anyone planning to see Versailles. It was a great day there. Helpful hint----Pack a lunch or picnic as part of your day at Versailles or eat at one of the lovely cafes in the city of Versailles. The food on site at Versailles is expensive and the service is very slow.

Our guide was very knowledgable and efficient and we saw all the highlights then had time to wander on our own the rest of the day!

We had a good guide and a small group. Our guide was knowledgeable. The crowd wasn't too extensive so we were able to actually see Versailles which isn't the case when the crowds are bad.

The guide knew a lot about all things we saw. The only thing is I wish we went to more rooms because it was a full day tour rather than a couple of hours and then going on your own. Other than that our guide, I believe her name was Marion, was great and Versailles was breathtaking.

The gardens were amazing even in Dec. we had a very small group so we did not have head phones to hear the guide until we got inside but even with a small group it would have been nice to have heard it all.

trip was great, tour guide was very knowledgeable about the site, however we were only guided around for the half the day, so the full day tour was inaccurate. We were not informed that we would only be with a guide for approx 3 hours

Versailles was amazing and definitely worth seeing. This tour included transportación to and from a central point in Paris. The tour itself once on site was a bit brief and while they let you look around a while on your own, all in all not enough time and not enough background info provided.
