The ride on the clipper from Victoria to Seattle was comfortable and pleasant. Staff at the pier and on board were all very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling from Victoria to Seattle.

Everything ran to plan - even the weather.
Efficient.
Terminals rather basic, but the journey was fine.

This service is an excellent way to travel from Seattle to Victoria. Trip is easy and comfortable with nice views of both harbors and surrounding islands.

The weather conditions were not good so the time was changed to ensure maximum safety, and passengers were compensated with free drinks on board and discount for future travel. The ride was rocky, and crew were excellent in managing the sea sickness and comfort of passengers. Clean, comfortable vessel. I'd recommend this service highly.

person on phone was pleasant and when we checked our grandson in the lady at the counter was very pleasant and nice mannered.

My first and last time ever taking this ferry. I had booked a month in advance to take the ferry on Boxing Day. They changed the sailing time from 1700 to 1400. I received no notification. I had to call into them in order to learn this. I was 3.5 hours north of Victoria so this change of 3 hours was a huge problem. Considering this was Christmas and travelling was key to being with family during this time, this change and the way it was handled was pretty poor in my opinion. I had to drive like a maniac and incur an extra $75 to take a taxi from the airport to the ferry terminal. So I busted my hump to get there on time, and then they decide to delay the ferry departure because the "weather system is moving slower than they thought." So then yet another phone call to the people picking me up in Seattle to change the time yet again. I understand the desire to allow more 1700 people to get there on time, but what about the people that busted their hump and spent $$$ to get there on time? It just seemed that everyone lost they way it was handled.

The ferry itself was fine. Staff was very friendly.

Arrival was terribly slow. We disembarked and waited in line outside for 30 minutes while a single guy unloaded the luggage.

Overall, way too stressful and too little regard for the customer to travel this way again.

Trip was fine, except more food and more food choices should be made available.

someone screwed up our reservations and even though there was much communication between Viator and I as to the confirmation date and various email etc.. saying that we were on the ferry had I not called 48 hour prior to departure We may not hve made it to seattle at all.Took 2 days and much determanation to solve problem. When we finally did get on it was ok although we were reminded many times how full the ferry wes and that there was a waiting list etc..

Besides the windows not being clean, which was unfortunately, we recommend it, the ferry was on time, the staff is great and you get from Seattle's downtown to Victoria's with no need of taxis or any extra transportation

High speed clipper is a great way to travel, very easy.
