The Butchart Gardens were spectacular. The tulips and rhodendrons were glorious as well as the azaleas. Our first visit there far exceeded our expectations.

Easy to connect with, good commentary, 2 for the price of one with the Butterrfly Gardens as well, convenient being able to return to Victoria at any time with shuttle rather than waiting for a scheduled return.

The coach driver on this trip was excellent, telling us lots of interesting information and also very amusing. Butchart Gardens are beautiful but so busy with other tours it is difficult to find a quiet spot to appreciate them properly.

The gardens were a wonderful experience , beautiful and beyond expectation. The bus trip not so, bus was late for morning pick up at the Empress Hotel and then waited another 30 minutes for three people being shuttled from another hotel. We were told by the driver that the bus returning to Victoria would be at least 30 minutes later than scheduled so we planned our garden tour according to his instructions only to learn that the bus had arrived on time and had departed for Victoria and that would need to wait another hour for our return trip. We ended up using public transit to return to Victoria. Knowing what we do now we would have used public transportation from Victoria to Butchart Gardens and back to Victoriaat a rate of $2.25 per person each way, much less money and in this case more reliable.

The equipment and the drivers were first class. I would recommend this company. The only trouble we had, and the reason for the four star rating, is we had trouble finding your people at the pick up point in Victoria. Nothing was marked "Viator" and that is what I was looking for.

Wonderful tour. The pre butterfly gardens was a treat. The butchart Gardens were awesome!
