Wonderful trip enough time to enjoy Vienna sightseeing and I hope to have it again

Good way to look all around and decide where do you want to spend more time
The wi- fi on board it's a great complement to do some research at the time that you are looking at the attractions

This is a great hop on hop off bus - particularly if you only have a day or two in Vienna. If you don't buy the ticket before hand - you have a choice of different times to buy (half day, full day etc). Depending on which one you buy depends on which routes you can use. We bought all the routes and were so pleased as we could then get out to Shonbrunne Palace! This is just amazing and the grounds are breathtaking. We had lunch in the grounds and then did the audio tour. We enjoyed this palace more than Versaille! Definitely don't miss it!

A full day of seeing Vienna. Not too difficult for 2 60+ adults. Few places were duplicated and we got to travel further out with the bikes.

Good overview of the city of Vienna. We did all three lines, with some hop offs along the way. The buses were clean and comfortable and the commentary most informative. Buses ran right on time and the stops easy to find!

As always the hop-on hop-off tour was good way for a new visitor to find his way around the city. However, the centre of the city is small and the tour as a result was brief but well worth doing.

I am so sorry to have to rate my tour poorly. The day i took the hop-on-hop off tour, the recorded information on the bus was no help to me, as the sound quality was poor and I am partially deaf. My hearing aids, in this instance, were no good to me. I spoke with the young woman who was with the driver and asked for a bit of help. None was forth coming, so I took the same tour again (number 1) and she said "you doing this cagain) I explained why: so I could try to get the information about all the lovely museums, churches, etc. I never knew where I was, or where to get off.
Thinking I would run into a similarity, I cancelled my Prague tour. If a recorded venue is all I would get, it wasn'[t going to be worth it. I left the bus, walked around on my own, even tho it was snowing and I was miserable. Your employees need more empathy. I was a stranger alone in a foreign country.

Excellent: money well spent. As always, this is the best way to introduce a city to visitors giving options for return visits or pre-planned stop-offs.

Horst was one of our European tour highlights. He was very enter naming, informative, and had a lot of little known facts. The ride was excellent and we were able to see a lot in the time. Highly recommend as a way to see Vienna.

We did the Red Line and the Blue Line. Liked the Red Blue a bit long and boring. And didn't see enough of the Danube.
