Doing what: Washington DC Hop-on Hop-off Trolley Tour

It was truely enjoyable and informative for my first trip to Washington D.C.

It was a very informative and well organised tour. Thoroughly enjoyed it. John the tour guide was excellent - full of knowledge and a wonderful sense of humour. Fabulous

Doing what: Washington DC by Night Small-Group Tour

Excellent tour. We were the only people for this tour and they did not cancel
like I was afraid they would do. John (the guide ) and Sylvester (the driver) both gave 110% and were very informative with lots of side bits of information. They gave us all the time we needed and were very respectful of the memorials by giving us the info then letting us spend the time looking at them. When the tour was done at 11pm they dropped us off at the closest Metro to our motel and made sure we knew how to access the Metro, our first time using the Metro. Super nice guys. Best tour we took.

Tour guides were great, and bus driver too! I would say there aren't drinks or snacks so if you travel with children bring your own, it's a long trip.

I would like to thank Viator for helping my friend and I reschedule our illuminations tour after we missed our original time. Not only did I get right through to a "real" person on the phone to work out the details, but when we showed up to begin our tour, the Viator rep. was expecting us, no snafus, no extra explanations on our part, we were ready to go, yeah!. Stephanie and Sam? brought DC to life with exceptional knowledge, antidotes and backstories of both our American history and what makes DC so unique. I have to mention our dear driver Sylvester was always ready to slow to a stop for pictures, creep along for a drive by and easy to find at the monuments to pick us up. The monuments speak for themselves, completely awe inspiring, between my friend and I we took about 1000 pictures. I would highly recommend this tour. In fact, I did recommend your tour to someone who is coming out to DC in July. I wish I was coming back with her! Thanks again!

Doing what: Washington DC Hop-on Hop-off Trolley Tour

Great tour so much to see would need 2 days to do this properly as arlington is a must and not to be hurried .

My first time to DC so I took the tour to get familiar with the city and surroundings. Staff were friendly and funny. You receive a small lunch that could be improved on. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting DC for the first time.

Excellent tour - guides very well informed and knowledgeable. Did both lines and learned a lot about DC. Would recommend as a intro to city.

Doing what: 2-Day Washington DC Hop-on Hop-off Tour

The bus moved too slowly due to the large amount of traffic, so spent many hours just sitting in traffic which didn't seem like a good way to around.

Doing what: Washington DC by Night Small-Group Tour

Probably a bad time of year to try to do the tour with all the school groups mobbing all the monument sites. Also buses were delayed with a traffic jam of buses. Apparently our bus kept being asked to leave? by park police to keep things moving and at one point we lost our driver for about a half hour and our tour leader could not even contact him when his phone battery died. Disappointed and too late, would not do again. too much money for a disappointment.

It was my first time to DC and I'm so glad I bought tickets to this tour. I feel like I got a chance to see just about everything I wanted and every tour guide was awesome. They provided some historical information and cool facts about each location. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Efficient service and in February it was very quiet. A great way to get around Washington.
