Doing what: Washington DC Capital Sites Bike Tour
Our tour guide, Carrie, was amazing, very knowledgeable and very approachable. She was willing to take our picture and gave us ample time to see the monuments and memorials. The staff was nice and accommodating. They handed out water, fans, and snacks. The tour group was small enough to keep up with (8 people total). The trail was easy to ride, especially for someone like me, who hasn't ridden a bike in over a year! Overall we were very pleased with the experience and will be considered a highlight in our vacation.

Doing what: Monuments and Memorials Full Day Photo Safari
Really enjoyed this one. It was nice to get instruction on how to improve my photographs. The only downside (a small one) was that we went to the same places I'd gone to on other tours I booked on this trip.

Doing what: 2-Day Washington DC Hop-on Hop-off Tour
I and my family were REALLY disappointed in this tour.
First of all, we arrived at Union Station and went to the front of the Postal Museum to meet the tour as instructed. When I saw no sign for the tour, I called the number that was the designated "local contact" on my email confirmation. They were supremely unhelpgul and furthermore said they had no knowledge of Viator - which then made me panic that I had been swindled.
By luck we then saw an open top tour bus directly in front of Union Station. We made our way and asked the offical reps who were there if we were in the right place. Thankfully they acknowledged our receipt and we got our tickets issued.
The tour itself took us to the promised places. But what was really disappointing was the recorded commentary. The people in charge of it did a very poor job of keeping the commentary up to date with what we were seeing. Most of the times the commentary started up again, it started in the wrong place, referring to sights we already saw. It was then hastily stopped in mid-sentence and started back up again, most times again in the wrong place. By the time the commentary got to the correct place, most times we had already passed by the historical site. It was a very frustrating experience. In this digital age I cannot imagine that syncing the commentary with what we are seeing outside, or starting it up at particular points, can be so difficult.
The driver was also quite aggressive - almost knocking a small tree over in Georgetown. The low branches that you face on the top of the bus on the route are quite dangerous also.
A disappointing experience overall.

Doing what: Washington DC Capital Sites Bike Tour
The tour was nice and great for first-time visitors. It covered the Mall only- I wish we have done also a detour to Jefferson memorial and Potomac...

Doing what: 2-Day Washington DC Hop-on Hop-off Tour
Your busses were great, but we made a mistake and thought we were getting on one of your busses at the White House Visitors Center, but it was a junky older bus. The driver said - yes, this was the right bus when I asked, then I asked him if he stopped at the Smithsonian History Museum. I said yes, then yelled at me to go sit down. I did and he did not have the loudspeaker/tour guide information on and went right on to the Capital. He was changing his shift and getting off there, so maybe that was why but it caused us problems. It isn't your fault, but you should warn your customers not to make the same mistake. It said in small print on their bus "Hop on Hop off".
Note from Viator: Thanks for your comment. While we never like to hear about customers having substandard experiences, your feedback helps us to ensure our local suppliers provide a quality experience.

Doing what: Washington DC, The National Mall MP3 Audio Walking Tour
Wonderful product, loved the start and stop convenience of being able to move to different locations in the Mall and listen to the history for that area. This was very enjoyable.
