While it might be easy enough to focus your time spent in DC just visiting one of the areas many museums or places of historic or national interest, it’s equally easy to overlook that DC boasts some great dining for those inner gourmands. What’s more, DC a very multicultural and cosmopolitan city, so your choice of budget eats are wide and many. Let’s take a look.
Surf’s Up on NW Wisconsin Ave offers casual, cheap and delicious food with a Caribbean twist. Great cheap tacos, some rich delicacies like marinated hanger steak, warm tortillas and squeezes of lime keep people coming back to this loud but delicious (and deliciously cheap) spot.
