Definitely recommend. We didn't learn quite as much as during the day tour, but it was beautiful to see some of the major monuments at night.

We were disappointed that no stop was made to photograph the Jefferson Memorial, though there was a great view of it along the way. THe same with the White House. The driver was excellent with her commentariess.

I have been on this before and thought we had more time a certain memorials. Is a very good tour with informative driver. But you really need to plan on going back to spend more time at special memorials.

The tour and guide were excellent. Only disappointing thing was the lack of lighting in certain areas (korean monument, Vietnam..) as it was too dark to take photos. Fortunately I had seen the Vietnam memorial in the daytime, but for the stops, the tour needs to stop where there are lights.

The Marriot was a huge disappointment, the tour of the capital is extremely limited with no exposuese to the chambers, the evening trolley tour was a delight..

Doing what: Washington DC Monuments by Moonlight Night Tour by Trolley
This trip is certainly worth the time and expense to take. It afforded s some beautiful views of the Washington Monuments. I wish I had been told I had to get another ticket from the booth in Union Station. Because of that we were the last people in line and had to be put on tour with 3 trolleys of high school students.because the other trolleys were full. It turned out okay, but knowing we needed other tickets than what I had printed out on the computer would have prevented us standing in line so very long.
