The tour covered sights which for the most part could easily be seen on foot. The time needed for the tour seemed to be so the bus could negotiate the numerous building works which also obscurred many of the sights - those that were not obscurred already by air conditioner motors. We were told in the onboard commentary, on a number of occasions - 'this was where the old town wall and fortifications were, until they were pulled down and the stones used for buildings'??? We felt this tour was a waste of money.

A very disappointing tour, though the guide was knowlegable it was hard to hear her on the bus. The bus had significant gear problems as well and I am amazed we made it up the hills to the gondola. Had a major hiccup with time syncing at one stop and whilst we managed to be back on the bus first for two stops earlier we got back 15 minutes later and not expecting the bus to be there. However, we were met with a very hostile guide and I was made to apologise to the bus before we went. I consequently made a formal complaint to the company. would I recommend this tour operator NO.

Not worth the money. City does not offer much except that one can say they saw Zurich. Poor route, sights normal and time too short.

This was a great way to spend our 12 hour layover in Zurich. We got to see the city, go out onto the lake on the ferry, and went up the gondola. The guide seemed very knowledgable.

It was a good trip, taking us all around the main parts of Zurich. It was spoilt by a group of 4 who decided to argue with the guide and hold up the trip. They did leave fortunately. The guide was informative and well versed with the history of Zurich

We arrived 5 mins late due to a 3 hour flight delay. Despite having telephoned the bus had gone,so we caught it up by tram. THe cable car ride was a worthwhile trip but the boat ride turned out to be a ferry ride across the river
