Although we were jet lagged, the only criticism of this tour was that it was perhaps a little drawn out. The guide was extremely informative and coped admirably with four different languages. A good introduction to an enchanting city.

The trip was by and large enjoyable. However, it would have been nicer had the trolley stopped at a location giving a better view of the Zurich lake. We took the morning trip due to our flight schedule, but would recommend to take the afternoon trip.

Fairl basic tour of the town, we only had a few hours to spare so it filled the gap.
Languages were multi lingual via headsets which is better than one guide going over the same thing in 5 languages

Not great. Seating is uncomfortable and designed more for children than adults. A booster step is very much needed for those who are shorter or senior citizens order to navigate the trolley steps. The narrative was fine although it was intermittent or non-existant during some parts of the tour. The tour guide/driver left a lot to be desired as he could have been more helpful. I have been on other tours in other parts of the world (I work for a global airline) wherein the guide was friendlier and more informative. Thankfully Zurich is beautiful regardless. I would not recommend this tour...unfortunately. A more personalized approach combined with less of a desire to cram us into the trolley as if in a sardine can would lend itself to a more favorable experience.

This one is awful. The Viator website offers an option for a guide but that option is not available when you get there. There is no Viator person anywhere in the area and all you get is a crummy recording that is not in sync with the driver so you cannot tell that the recording is referring to. One of our headsets did not work and the driver was no help. The amount of information on the recording was minimal. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Great introduction to the city! It was the first thing we did in Zurich. Gave us the lay of the land and we were able to spend the next couple of days wandering around and really enjoying the city.

This tour was ok, but I agree with the other reviews about the multiple languages making the guide hard to follow. Zurich is not that big of a town, so I would probably recommend a more private walking tour instead of a bus tour.

I was in transit at the Zurich Airport for 12 hours, so I took this tour as it had pick ups from the Airport. I got to everything as listed on the itinerary and the tour guide was very good what she did. The was an unpleasant surprise though at the end of the tour when I was told that I would need to catch the train from town to the airport at my own expense. I had been under the impression that I would be dropped off where I was picked up i.e. the Zurich Airport. Thankfully I had a 4 hours to spare after the tour, which gave me enough time to figure out how to get back to airport. I do wish that they mentioned that I would not be dropped off at the airport upfront and on the website.

Bus was overbooked and had to wait almost 2 hours for an additional bus. Tour guide was good and itenerary was as promised. 2 hour wait ruined the tour.
