This was an excellent way to see Zurich,and the Guide was very knowledgable.
We went on the afternoon trip,but with hindsight as it stops at the old quarter,the morning would be best so you can walk around the old town better.They do take you back to the starting point if you want.Very good value for money.

My sisters and I really enjoyed this tour. My sister lives in Zurich and even she learned new things and enjoyed the tour. The guide was very pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend this tour.

This is a wonderful two hour tour that shows you the highlight landmarks and areas of Zurich city. It is a great way to become familiar with the different parts of the city. After the tour, you can go to the parts of Zurich that interested you. I enjoy taking this kind of Viator tour in each city that I visit. This way, I can make educated decisions about where and what I want to see.

Was ok but fast and not time to see much. I was nice they picked us up at the airport and it saved the cost of transportation

This tour is a decent overview of Zurich if you have the time. I thought the guide was at times abrupt with certain people on the tour. The only good part of the tour was the cable car ride up to Felsenegg. What I did like about the tour service is that they called when they noticed that I might be running late. The woman from the guide company gave me directions on the phone from the Zurich Tourist office.

This tour is only good for people who have only a few hours to spend in Zurich. If one has more than one day in Zurich, the tour is not worth the money at all. It is quite easy to walk around in Zurich and the 24 hours public transportation pass costs about $ 13.25 CHF which is much cheaper than the tour itself .The ferry crossing and trip to Felsenegg to me is a waste of time as the view is nothing. The coach we were in did not feel like there was any air circulation and a lot of people were complaining and sweating. Having said the negative of this tour, I have to say the tour guide is professional in leading the tour.. .

The provider said to meet at the airport. Can you imagine how large the airport is? We spent 30 minutes trying to find the meeting point and ended up missing the tour. Please put a map on the website and on the Viator confirmation showing on a diagram where to meet. The airport is huge and tourist have no idea where to meet.
When I called the vendor, they did allow me to transfer my credit to another tour.

This tour was an outstanding overview of the area! We really enjoyed the ferryboat crossing and the cable car ride up the mountain and the time to explore and purchase some refreshments up there. The overview of the city was excellent and we felt confident to go back the next day 'on-our-own' to explore in more depth. A good value for the money. It was a large group and if you walked at a slower pace and were toward the back of the group it was hard to hear. The guide was VERY knowlegable and would answer any questions anyone had and share with the group.

The tour company organizing this tour is very, very efficient. I wanted to reschedule my trip to another timing and they were willing to do so if there were vacancies! This bus tour lets you get a quick view of the city of Zurich. It also stops at certain locations for photo sessions.
