The guide was from Bangkok,and quite unusual,it took a little bit of time to get used to him,but he was very helpfull,with taking pictures along the trip.Over all it was a very nice trip.
++Amazing trip. Weather absolutely clear, and that's key to this trip. Long way from Zurich, would have liked more time in Interlaken and some in Grindelwald + longer at top, but journey time prevented this overall. Well worth the time and money, but only if the weather is clear.
This is a 100% must do! The tour guide ( Kid) is a riot and makes the trip so much fun. The views are to die for, you will not regret this trip

An outstanding experience.
Very little information at stops in Luzern and Interlochen. Rushed at stops. Threatened by our tour guide, "people not exactly on time would be left behind", ridiculous! Our tour guide was down right FRANTIC on first leg of the train trip, forcing people to take pictures hanging out the windows, that went on for ever! Couldn't even enjoy the ride. Finally had to stand in between cars to enjoy the moment! Very disappointing. I thought the tour could have been much better. Our guide was very unprofessional. The Top of Europe was okay but mostly just blinding white and poor quality food and service. Overall very poor! Tina

What a fantastic tour. We were lucky we had a great day and it was crystal clear all the way up the mountain. Fantastic Tour guide, Kid, who made the tour quiet enjoyable. Worth the money but would have been extremely disappointed if it was a few days before where they were unable to see the views or the mountains.Unfortuantely when you book you annot organise the weather.Would defietly recommend. We hopped on in Lucerne which made our day at least 2-3 hrs shorter than those in Zurich, good move as it was a long day but definetly an enjoyable and unforgettable one.
The package tour was really a package where everything was taken care off from take off from zurich to jyunfrau and back. The guide was very helpful. Thanks
Highly recommended trip! I was overwhelmed with the view enroute and at the top of Europe. The weather was perfect and the guide an excellent choice, very knowledgeable and most helpful. It was money well spent and worth every cent. Thank you Viator!

I enjoyed the tour, the views were marvellous and the train was quite an adventure. 5-star tour, unfortunately our guide was pushy and a little unpleasant.
Trip was excellent. Tour guide was excellent and knowledgeble. Luckily for us weather was nice and sunny. We would have liked little more time about one hour in Interlaken.
