Very, very good guide: a young man from Thailand who was very energetic and helpful. Wonderful scenery-we had great weather. I would recommend people not used to higher altitudes take asperin and plenty of water.

Our day on this trip was amazing even though it was raining when we left Lucerne and had limited views. Kid our tour leader was so good and very funny. And made are day special. A really top bloke. Our highlight was when it started to snow on our way up the mountain and being out in it at the top.

This was a definite highlight of our trip - it was amazing. We couldn't stop taking photos of the beautiful scenery and our tour guide, Kid, was a lot of fun and made sure everyone got the best out of the day.

Jungfarujoch was amazing, so worth going there plus the beautiful scenery made it worth every penny. Amazing to say the least. Our tour guide Kid was the best!! He is so funny and very helpful.

Great experience for a first visit. Excellent scenery coupled with a very good tour guide - Kid who took care of all the details. Would definitely recommend it to any first timer to Jungfraujoch.

The day I went, it was snowing. Some suggested I should reschedule for a nicer day. Even with the snow, it was a great trip and still beautiful. Kid is a wonderful guide and only added to the experience. I would like to go again, in clearer weather. A definite must do!!

Fantastic tour!!! The views on the train ride going up to Jungfraujoch are beautiful and so are the views of the Alps from the top. The Ice Palace was very cool (pun intended). I would definitely recommend this tour and the tour operator, Grayline. Our tour guide was Kid, a bit different, but entertaining and really took care of everyone on his tour. He was great! He made certain to take photos of everyone using their cameras so that families would have everyone in their party in their photos and from some of the best angles! Definitely 5 stars!!!

It was great from the beginning til the end! I was traveling with my mom and Kie(the guide) knew exactly what he's talking about and knew perfect photo hot spots. Overall I would highly recommend this tour to anyone as this could be good for adult/family/etc.

This trip was truly beautiful and amazing! Our tour guide seemed at first to be in a bad mood, yet before we started the trip up the mountain was lively and had all of us laughing the rest of the trip. Traveling up the mountain you are taken aback by the picturesque landscape, like a fairy tale.

I would like to convey my appreciation to Mr. Kid, the tour guide for the below that I went with my family last week. It was such a fantastic and enjoyable tour, more so as I was so impressed with Kid's professionalism and humor in handling a group of us of international mix. I have plans to visit Switzerland again next year, as my daughter will be graduating in HTMi in Sorenberg next year, and therefore wish to meet up with Kid again.

The guide was rude and bossy and very quick to anger throughout the whole day. However, the scenery was brilliant and when the guide wasn't yelling at the group this tour was enjoyable!
