The tour was good but not as advertised. The tour blurb suggested we would visit the China Garden and the National Museum however in reality it was a drive-by. Also, on the day we went part of the 'old town' was closed due to a marathon - this should have been highlighted when we made the booking not told to us when we arrived at the bus.
Not bad. Very relax and good experience.
Tour was good but they didn't pick us up from the airport as they were supposed to. I suspect it was Viator's fault rather than the fault of "the tour operator. There was nothing in the booking form that allowed us to specify where we wanted to be picked up from. We had to get airport information to call the company who agreed to wait for us whilst we made our own way into Zurich on the train. We made the tour 15 minutes late as a consequence. No problem with the tour itself though. We got caught in heavy traffic on the way back so were 45 minutes late in our return - not a problem for us but it may have been for others.
Very very nice. They take you everywhere; a short cruise where the bus drives onto a boat is also included as well as a cable car ride. Beautiful city!

Good sightseeing tour. Headphones could have been better. Worth bringing and using your own headphones.
Our guide for this tour was excellent and told us about the church with the Chagall windows. She was very knowledgeable and gave us detailed description of things we were to look for or see. Very enjoyable tour.
This was the shortest city tour I've ever been on we got on the bus at 11am and then were driven down to Rappiswill to catch the boat back and arrived just after 12pm..so a very quick tour around Zurich City I thought, then left to our own devices to catch the boat back to Zurich.
Good tour to get if you are on a short stay in Zurich.
Good fun. Excellent guide (Trudi): good humour and novel facts and figures. Dreadful traffic jams, took an hour longer than scheduled, plus delay on starting due to late comers.

It was a really great tour and we really enjoyed our tour guide/driver! I wished we could have seen a little more perhaps a stop at their stock exchange and wished we could have taken more pictures. Either way good price for what we saw/experienced!
