The tour was very scenic, and our guide very knowledgeable. The majority of our group was touring Lucerne and Titlis. Did not realize till boarding my family was going to be dropped off at Mtn Pilatus mid tour. So we were given tickets for gondola, lunch, and bus pass to get back to Lucerne on our own and meet the group. It all went well, but if I were traveling by myself or with one other person may have been more anxious. Overall the tour was very beautiful.

We were extremely disappointed with the tour in the fact that it was not actually a tour with a guide.We were picked up at the designated spot by a guide , taken to a shop where we had to wait 20minutes for people on another tour,taken to the mountain (10 minutes) and directed with coupons for lunch etc to go to the mountain by ourselves and then advised we had to walk down the winding street to catch a local bus back to Lucerne ..All this without a guide

Absolutely beautiful scenery. It's a must see, but the tour group seemed disorganised. 4 people had to stand in the coach as there wasn't enough seating. Also 2nd leg of funicular was very overcrowded, it was really uncomfortable

Wonderful tour! Our guide was very kind and knowledgeable. I recommend this tour as a quick way to see Lucerne and some pretty countryside as well as Mt. Pilatus. The cable car was closed but we took the cogwheel and saw the beautiful mountain side!

This tour was great. We had a wonderful tour guide who was very knowledgeable. We had plenty of time up at the top of Mt Pilatus to see all we wanted, take pictures and have a nice lunch.

Great trip and a very good guide. The time in Lucerne gave us enough time to visit the downtown area and shop. We had the misfortune to be on MT Pilatus on an extremely busy day and our guide had to work hard to get us on the cog wheel train and back to the boat on time Very enjoyable day.

This was a great tour. We had a picture perfect day the day we did this tour. The views from the mountain are just amazing. Loved all the different modes of transportation to get up and down the mountain. The boat ride on the lake was beautiful. This is a great tour to do.

The excursion was well organized and our tour guide was excellent. We were fortunate to have great weather especially since we booked weeks in advance. The following day was overcast with poor visability so don't book until you know it will be clear. The views are beautiful and we got to hear some men playing alp horns. We brought our own lunch and wine and ate at a picnic table near the restaurant.

It was an excellent tour despite the fact that it was a very rainy day and once at the top we could see nothing. The experience of going up and down Mt. Pilatus was worth doing. Lucerne is as lovely as people say and the boat ride on Lake Lucerne was very nice. The guide was very efficient and did an excellent job in coordinating the various types of activities involved in this tour. Liked the fact that we could be picked up at our hotel. It would have been great if we could have been returned to our hotel at the end of the tour.

I was in a trip to Paris, Barcelona and ended in Lucerne which was the best experience of them all! The day was outstanding, very organized, the guides were very professional, funny and extremely friendly... The mount Pilatus was breathtaking the lake journey was a dream. It was definitely an amazing experience and I take this opportunity to thank Viator teem for organizing the trip .

The trip would have been even more fantastic if it had been a clear sunny day instead of being completely overcast and rainy, and for safety reasons we actually couldn't take the cable cars up the mountain but did the cogwheel train both ways, which actually was a lot of fun and had amazing views and quite an impressively steep incline!!! At the top it was snowing and cold, but I am glad I did the ten minute hike to the summit because for just a few minutes the fog cleared and we were able to see the gorgeuos views of the lake and landscape below and take pictures! After the tour we had the cruise on the lake which was absolutely gorgeous. The other travelers were nice and friendly and from different parts of the world and made some new friends.. Our guide was amazing and very friendly. Overall it was a fantastic experience! Def 5 stars...

Really enjoyed the tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed the cog wheel train which provided fantastic view and also the cruise on Lake Luzern. It was too bad it was foggy so we couldn't take full advantage of the view from the mountain. Enjoyed this and would recommend to others.
