Guide was great and the Falls were breathtaking. Very impressed.

I give this a 5 star rating even though there were low clouds and a blizzard at the top so I couldn't see a damn thing. Nevertheless, I know it's a beautiful area and if the weather cooperates this is a great trip.
And the guide was a bit of a character too. In a good way.

Our family really enjoyed this tour. It was so well organized, and Kid was a terrific guide. We had zero visibility at the top of Jungfrau, but that is obviously not in our control. Thanks so much for a great day!

A FANTASTIC tour. I highly recommend it. Our guide, Kid, was amazing. He was funny and engaging, He was experienced and pointed out many photo ops and took group photos of our family for us. They are among our favorites from the trip. The train was fun, the views were amazing and Jungfraugoch is breathtaking. Worth every penny. A MUST see if you are in Switzerland.

This is a wonderful two hour tour that shows you the highlight landmarks and areas of Zurich city. It is a great way to become familiar with the different parts of the city. After the tour, you can go to the parts of Zurich that interested you. I enjoy taking this kind of Viator tour in each city that I visit. This way, I can make educated decisions about where and what I want to see.

This is an excellent tour and our guide Gloria is one if the best tour guides we have had. She was well-spoken, informative, friendly, helpful and funny. She made the tour very enjoyable and the Rhine Falls were excellent. Much better than we thought they would be.

This was of of the best days of my holiday. The tour was well organized, the scenery was beautiful and Kit, our guide, was well organized and fun to be with.

I had a fabulous time. Our tour guide was Kid and he is full of energy and wanting everyone to have an excellent time. I went on the tour on a day that was not the best in weather for seeing the mountains. The actual weather was good, you could see far and take lots of great pictured. It snowed on our group which some of the people had never been in snow. At the top we were finally able to see the tops of the mountains as the wind blew the clouds away from the mountains, but it was a short window. Kid ran around telling everyone to Look now, but some were eating and waited, NEVER wait, in 5 minutes the clouds were back. But because I went immediately and looked I got a spectacular view of the mountains. Kid had excellent knowledge of the tour and went the extra mile to see that everyone had a great time. I would do this tour again in a heartbeat. I would also use this booking agent again, they do a great job.

was a great day trip for us~our tour guide, kid , was excellent and was very helpful. will definitely recommend my friends if they are going to switzerland.

It was all we expected and more!!
The bus was super comfy and very clean. The only thing disappointing was that we couldn't go on the train, because of the weather on that day. But the guide made that up by taking us on the cable car ride up to the top of the mountains. It was magical, and the views we saw from there was super amazing, and looked like a post card everywhere we went. No words to express how fantastic the view was..
The guide was very helpful and funny. He made the trip exciting, and explained everything very well. Will definitely visit again, if the chance arises.
