Meteora monasteries- a winding drive up with interesting views, but we didn't make enough stops to make the most of it. A visit to 2 monasteries- the only ones run by nuns- the Holy Monastery of Saint Stephen (holds the relic of the saint's skull) and the smaller Holy Monastery of Saint Barbara. No cameras allowed inside the chapel. Skirts are provided at the entry, but there doesn't seem to be enough going around and many women/girls went in anyway with just trousers/pants on.
