Guide was not in the allocated spot at the appointed time. Guide did not have a sign to show who they were representing. Guide not very friendly, but was knowledgeable about the location, history and information.

Fabulous tour. Guide was well versed in the location, history and interesting information. Guide was very friendly and made everyone feel welcome. He was patient and helpful. Hand-held sign made it easy to find the Guide.

Fabulous trip. Bruges is beautiful and worth the coach ride. Coach was very comfortable. Guide was friendly and knowledgeable with the location, history and interesting information. Just make sure you get back to the designated spot for the return trip, or you'll be catching the train!
