My Review: Lovely guide, very helpful and knowledgable. The 2 hours in the Hermitage acted as a great introduction to the treasures there and we would certianly have missed many highlights if we'd not had a guide. She was so good we had a trip the next day to the summer palace- another great day out. Both trips were more expensive than we would have expected which is the only reason they are not scored with 5 stars
