Well I'm sure this would have been a great tour though a storm came over Venice at the time of departure so it was cancelled so we just went to have dinner and the restaurant was nice and cosy and the food was great. The only feedback I can give to the Gondola company is when I approached the area to get on the boat I found it hard to find some who understood good English to ask if this was the place to do the tour, so it was all a bit stressful because I didn't want to miss the tour as it cost us over $200 euro. Then when I asked the hotel to phone the company the next morning to see if we could just have a regular gondola ride before we came home they said no because that type only go at night from 6.30pm...we then just paid for a ride on our last day...and hope we receive a refund for the cancelled ride!

This was a great tour a bit rushed though didn't give us much time on the islands...just a tip you can visit the islands with your imob that you can purchase up to a 4 day pass and it gets you on all the transport so if you wanted to just go to each island and then stay as long as you wanted. It was only $20 euro so good value!

Good tour, wine tasting and history of cava wine excellent if your a wine lover. Not enough time to spend in Sitges need to start the tour earlier and finish later or explain how to catch the train back to Barcelona. Sitges was beautiful! The departure point should be described better. Great tour though!

It was value for money it took you around the whole of Barcelona which was excellent and the people on board were very helpful!

This was a great tour...pitty about the weather though I was snowed on which was great! It was a bit short of time in Luzern could have stay another 30mins as didn't have much time at all. Our tour guide Urs was great and keep saying sorry because of the traffic...it wasn't your fault and the trip was great!

This was the shortest city tour I've ever been on we got on the bus at 11am and then were driven down to Rappiswill to catch the boat back and arrived just after 12pm..so a very quick tour around Zurich City I thought, then left to our own devices to catch the boat back to Zurich.

This was a great tour, had front row table at the show, though needs to start earlier due to rushing dinner to get to the olympic tower before it closed...the bar was excellent we stayed until 2.30am it had an excellent American Soul Band...would recommend this tour!

This was a great tour, though lots of walking up big hills to get to the castle...the horse and cart should be an option for the trip. The tour guide Maxine was great and new lots of the history. Though one suggestion that the tour provide stickers or something to identify the people on the tour as this was an issue I felt the stress that Maxine would have been feeling making sure we were all together. A family of 5 joined the tour though when we got to the bottom of the castle they left the group and Maxine went out of her way to locate them which was great...though they decided not to continue...great tour though a bit rushed!

Worth doing good for the money, though the gold and spices markets were a bit scary as we were harrassed by people wanting to sell us real copies of watches e.g. fakes. The tour guide was very good and helpful!

The operator was very good we wanted to be picked up earlier to go to the airport so they just asked what time and they picked us up when we wanted....great service.

The transport to an from Universal Studio's was not the best at all it should have been a enclosed bus and if you going to Universal Studio's I would suggest you pay the extra and get a VIP pass to jump the line as the lines took up most of our time...good to see though.

Was fine and cheaper than a taxi!

Trip was ok...very busy tip back to the airport though that's NYC...was much cheaper than having to catch a taxi!

Hop on hop off bus was fantastic good value...the night tour was great also

The dinner cruse was fantastic 5 star the food was an amazing buffet and everyone was friendly...would recommend to anyone going to NYC

All was fine and cheaper option than a taxi!
