Never saw the guide - didnt really make herself known that she was a Viator guide.  No signage upon check in!  She didnt tell us anything about Murano, Burano or Torcello - just led us to the  glass and lace shop. No explanation about Torcello, we just got off the boat and followed everyone and had a coffee!  Pretty poor effort on behalf of the guide, we thought.  Best to do a tour by yourself and walk around Burano - that is the prettiest.

Our guide was nice, although quiet.  Was a bit hard hearing her with the ear piece.  St Marcs Basilica was hectic, even with "skip the line" we were like cattle being herded through the crowd.

One couple werent impressed and left the group and another 2 other  people got lost in the church!   TOO MANY in the group!!

bit chaotic on check in - seemed disorganized and too many people on the bus, and not enough seats!!    once that got sorted out, the tour was really good.   our guide did apologize for the bad start to the day -  he was very nice and we had a great day out.
