Very informative. Our guide (Richard) was very funny. It was a rainy day, so we could not see the changing of the guards. We chose the lunch after the tour (additional cost), but it was good in a typical pub/restaurant near to where we were staying. After we only walked a few blocks to our hotel!

This is a terrific experience. If you are ever in London, you have to take it. We shared our capsule with only 4 other persons, so we were very comfortable and could move around without any worries of obstructed views. Even though it was cloudy, it was a beautiful view from all points.

On time, car very comfortable (Mercedes). Only problem (not his fault) there was a marathon and the streets around our hotel were closed to traffic so he could not get in. Even though he made every effort with the officials working in the area to let us through, we had to walk to our hotel.

The tour guide spoke in five languages because of the diversity of the group. It was very annoying to hear her because she sounded like a student who has memorized all the lessons in different languages. Maybe if you just prepare tours for two languages at a time, the information she gives could be appreciated more clearly. The Murano glass factory was a disappointment as was the Burano lace making presentation. It felt that we spent more time traveling than enjoying the islands. Would not recommend this tour.

This tour was very informative. Our tour guide was a local resident who knew her history and took us to different areas of Venice. Even though there were hundreds of people in line, we were able to enter the Basilica without any difficulty. Very good!!!
