A real treat to get out in a Catamaran under full sail. Obviously, the bonuses were Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge. Captain Hans and his crew were very competent and friendly.

A pending strike put a damper, on the tour. With an overload of tours, the palace still shone.
Apparently, my ticket did not include the gardens, fountains et al. I was not going to spend an additional 8 euros per person on it. I do not believe that this was properly communicated. The price was high enough to start off with.

It would have been nice to have a clear day. Between the light rain, smog and fog, it was pleasant enough, but on a clear day it would have been much better.

A bank holiday did not bode well for a single day pass. The Tour of London, just did not live up to all the hype.

Nice tour of Paris by bus, followed by lunch at 58 Tour Eifel Restaurant, followed by Seine River Cruise, proved to be an enjoyable afternoon. The real plus of the tour, with or without lunch, is circumventing the crowds, at the Eifel Tower.
