Another Viator tour, highly recommended.
I took this tour on 11th November 2011, not expensive and unmissable.
The tour guide was very knowledgable , with the opportunity to visit the memorial garden, which at the time, tickets were unobtainable, I couldn't believe my luck when the emailed pinged just before my trip to New York.

Brilliant trip, its ashame our pilot was running 15 minutes later than the other pilots, this resulted in out champange buffet being left half eaten due to our pilot wanting to leave.
