Florence Day Trip from Rome

My Review: What a great day trip. Alina (spelling) was an amazing tour guide. She spoke fluently in three different languages to accommodate us all. The trip was definitely worth the money. My only complaint was we had to be picked up at 6:45 a.m. which meant we missed breakfast and we easily would have had time since we didn't actually leave until about 8 a.m..

My Review: It ended up on an okay note but our driver did not show and another driver had to take us to our hotel causing us a delay. But in general the driver was great and got us to our hotel while pointing out areas of interest.

Versailles Small Group Day Trip from Paris

My Review: This worked out great. However, our trip was originally for the first Sunday in the month and when I went to confirm they said Viator had ignored their emails and were trying to get in touch with us because every first of the month they don't give tours because the tour is free to the public. So we had to completely change our itinerary. Fortunately we were not leaving that next day because it is closed on Mondays. However, the half day trip was great. Our driver Frederic was fantastic, seek him out if you can! The full day would have been too much, half day was plenty and pick up and drop off was SO convenient.

Paris L'Open Hop-On-Hop-Off Tour

My Review: I can't say enough about these buses although one day the audio was horrible. However, it's a great way to see the city before deciding where you want to go. I highly recommend these tours unless of course it's raining! But it's well worth the minimal cost and so easy to navigate. We did all four bus routes and enjoyed them all.

My Review: This was close to a disaster. The driver was very unfriendly and picked us up at 8:45 a.m. for an 11:45 a.m. international flight. It would have been okay but he then proceeded to make three other stops for pickup. We got to our gate as they were boarding. There wasn't enough time allowed even though I called to confirm and they set it up for 8:45 a.m. You need at least 4 hours - especially if you are picking up other passengers. The driver was horrible and we were worried we weren't going to make it.
