Driver arrived early which was appreciated. Back seat a little bit of a tight fit for three on the ride to the airport. Driver very courteous.

Driver was not with the other people with signs. Had to borrow a phone to call the company to get his location. The directions to where he was were not clear. It still took a while to find him. The drive into London was lovely as the driver pointed out various sites of interest. The driver found my hotel with no trouble and was courteous, polite and charming.
