The driver meet us at our hotel in the reception lobby. As was our incoming trip everything went well.

This type of a trip can be, and was, sad, needless to say. Both my wife and I learned a lot about the camps and there gruesome treatment of their prisoners' in general. Fifteen years previously I had gone to the Dachau camp my myself. Having a knowledgeable guide with us was a very learned experience. Everyone needs to take this tour.

Excellent tours. Don't be late for the final departure. As the guide indicated, our departure time is 4:15 pm, if you are here at that time "You are a Passenger", if you are late you will be a "Pedestrian", and it will take you several hours to get back to Munich.

The driver meet us at the customs exit even though the plan was late. He was kind, courteous and entertaining and very knowledgeable about the area.

My wife and I are glade we took the Champagne Experience. Smaller crowd and a great guide. Take advantage of the picture taken inside the ticket building. All our friends love it. One of a kind.
