The tour was just great. Thought I would have trouble as I have just had back surgery 5 months ago and don't have good balance but it was no problem. Our guide Jon was fantastic - great knowledge of the area and very good at making everyone comfortable on the segways. I would highly recommend this tour.

This tour was a very big disappointment to our holiday experience. The dinner cruise was the farthest thing from relaxing or romantic. We felt like sardines on the boat. The food was ok but nothing remarkable and not really value for money. The Luau was far from a tradtional luau. The meal was just passable with no explain of what a luau really was or its cultural meaning. The dancing was good but the entertainment could have been better with a little explanation of the culture of any of the dances or description of how the Hawaiian culture developed and the many countries that were a part of the creation of the Hawaiian society and culteral developement. I felt that this tour was far from value for money spend for it.

This tour was a very poor example of value for money and the description of the hike wa poorly described. Some expalanation of the condition of the trail should be mentioned -- rocky and slippery. The guide was a very poor example of Hawaiian enthuisaum -- very negative. What was described in the details of the hike were not part of the package provided. Not luch was provided as described, snack were a joke and we provided transportation to the site including the guide. The hike was marginal and the entire experience was not good.
