The driver was very knowledgeable and friendly.. They made every effort to take you back to your hotel after the tour. the seafood buffet during the cruise was excellent.

The highlight of our trip. The owners and our personal tour guides, were excellent. They took care of us and made sure that we enjoyed our trip. We definitely would recommend this tour.

Make sure you travel light when you take this tour. You will be at the bus station, waiting for your particular bus to get you to your tour. One of the hotel ( Mercure)we stayed as not nice and no elevator, so we have to carry our large heavy luggage naad there was no porter to help us.

Worse. When we arrived at the airport, we have to wait for this bus (it is a public bus) and you will have to carry all your luggages inside this bus and they will not drop you off in your hotel lobby. They will drop you off at the nearest bus stop.. We prepaid for this transfer but we did not use it. Instead we got a supershuttle to bring us to our hotel and paid NZ$38. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYBODY
