The bay cruise was great! We loved having the earphones which gave us information on what we were seeing. View amazing! And we lucked out with a beautiful sunny day!

This was terrible! When we first got there we were told they only had one driver and would only be able to take the trolley at 11, 1 or 2:30 and wouldn't have time to get off. Our impression was we could 'hop on and off'. When we got to the trolly at 2:30 the driver started yelling at us telling us that we were interrupting his 'break time'. We were actually a little concerned getting on the trolley has he kept yelling at us. We even got to the trolley at 2:30 and he didn't get there untl 2:45. He seemed as he sped through the city but really can't say that as we were on the top, but sure felt like he was. Would I do this tour again...absolutely NOT! It soured our perfectly wonderul afternoon. I even dread giving a '1 star' but can't submit my review without it.
