Standard tour you can buy at the ticket booth for 20 Euros; in fact that's what the rest of the folks in our group did - all 150 of them. Tour itself was good and enough time on each island unless you want to extensively shop. Murano glass factory they take you to has a good glass blowing demonstration, but highest prices we saw anywhere for Murano glass. Shops 100 yards away more reasonable. Good tour, but unless you just like having all your tours in place beforehand, skip the middleman and purchase it yourself right where you get on the boat.

Secret Itineraries tour takes you behind the scenes to see a world famous site more thoroughly. We had a wonderful guide who made this tour an absolute pleasure. We highly recommend it.

We been on about 20 Viator tours and his was the first bad one. Check in was chaos. They got us in the wrong group and forgot to give us audio phones. Once we got them they didn't work well. Saint Mark's was closed for a special so what head of line got us was seeing the outside one vestibule. That wasn't tour company's fault, but they made no attempt to have people come back later for the tour. We went back on our own the next day and it took 30 seconds in line to get in (we admit that is unusual). Rest of tour was a fast 3 mile walk through the streets of Venice with a guide whose English wasn't the best. We'll give benefit of the doubt they were having a bad day, but this tour was a poor choice.

Our flight to Rome was delayed so we did not make the Rome to Naples flight. We called and our driver was waiting for us when our later flight arrived. However, our bags did not arrive and our driver helped us with the paperwork to report them missing prior to taking us to Sorrento. During the trip to Sorrento he stopped so we could take pictures at some of the scenary along the way. Overall a nice job in transferring us from the airport to our hotel.

Great tour. Good balance between guide pointing out highlights in Montserrat and giving us free time to see them. Tram up to highest point is a must as it gives bird's eye view of entire complex. Boys choir enjoyable but lasts less than 10 minutes. Cavalry tour was best cellar tour we've ever been on and we been on many.

Good tour for city highlights with Sagrada Familia fantastic. Head of line good any time of year, but a must during high tourist season.

Fun tour. Super picks of tapas bars. Walked about 5 miles so make sure that isn't a problem if you pick this tour.

Ended up being a personal tour as only the two of us signed up. Guide was wonderful and made sure we saw the highlights of the French Riviera. Well worth the price.
