Our group had 9 people, adults and kids ages 10 - 15. We did enjoy this tour, however, I rated it 3 star because of these few things: the bus was always cold (we went mid-Jan), the tour guide wasnt as energized and fun but he had alot of years of experience, and would've made the experience better if we got just a glance at the World Trade Center memorial. The day seemed long and it was very cold, so no one (not even other people on the bus) wanted to get out. Lunch is not included, but after the water taxi tour of the Statue of Liberty, we got to eat at the food court at Pier 17. If you want to save $, bring some sandwiches/lunch and leave on bus. The water taxi tour was our favorite, nice and warm inside, funny/energized tour guide on the water taxi. Go to the restroom before you get on this bus tour, no restroom until Pier 17 (about noonish). Arrive to the bus early, if you want to pick your seat and sit together as a group.
