The tour was disappointing as it was so rushed. We waited over an hour for some people on the tour to get through immigration at Macau. I thought the organisation of this part was chaotic - it would be better to have someone escort through all the way from HK to keep the group together. As a consequence we were always making up time. We spent too long at the first stop and then had a rushed walk through the old town and a very short visit to the Casino. Thanks to one family (who were then dropped off at a hotel in Macau) being over 20 minutes late back from the Casino stop the rest of us had a mad dash for the ferry back to HK. The coach was ok but small and not very comfy, the commentary was unclear at times and in general I thought the price was expensive considering none of the stops had entry fee costs. Disappointing after much expectation and excitement at visiting Macau. The tour guide did his best but was always up against it time-wise.
