Boom Chicago Show in Amsterdam

My Review: What a fantastic night. This was well worth it. We thought the British perhaps appreciated the humor more than our American table mates, even though the cast was American. We also loved the great food and service. We would go again and recommend it to anyone.

Keukenhof Gardens and Tulip Fields Tour from Amsterdam

My Review: We had a good trip. However, the timing was off as all the tulips had been beheaded, so we saw about two dozen! The gardens were still beautiful, and the trip itself was still well worth it. We enjoyed the good restaurant and facilities, the green houses well stocked with other flowers, and the sun was shining. I think the write up should include a paragraph explaining the fact that some times the tulips will not be in bloom.

My Review: This tour was very informative and worth doing. Our guide was excellent and our group was fun. I'd recommend it for women traveling alone or like us, mum and daughter. It was an eye opener indeed, even for the worldly wise!

Moulin Rouge Show Paris

My Review: I'm disappointed, really. Cross between Disney and a cruise ship show; in fact, either is better! Queued for almost an hour in street; it was extremely cramped inside, and the view was not that great. Not impressed with show content; if I wanted to do "variety," i.e., juggling, ventriloquist, etc., I would go elsewhere. Dancers looked fed up and just about managed to look as if they were enjoying it. Only one routine worth waiting for - obviously the cancan! I suppose in Paris it is a must-see, but not again - too expensive.
