Singapore Haw Par Villa and Round-Island Day Trip including Lunch

My Review: I enjoyed this, especially liked the Changi war museum. Learned quite a bit - were on the bus quite a bit. The Haw Par Villa is interesting - I thought we had the right amt of time there.

Best of Shanghai Day Tour including Jade Buddha Temple and The Bund

My Review: Nice okay tour, we ended up with pretty much a private tour for the morning portion. The museum was fine, but we were on our own for that portion and could have gone ourselves. It was quite cold so we only did a quick visit to the Bund. We had seen quite a few temples by this point so the Jade Buddha Temple wasn't too exciting. We did enjoy a quick medicinal tea tasting. Overall if you're in Shanghai and looking to see a few sites, not a bad way to go. We had gone on a lot of tours, though, on our trip and this one didn't stand out. Again, it was cold though! Would probably be really nice to walk around the Bund in warmer weather...although you really don't need a tour guide for that.

Chinese Acrobats and Shanghai Evening Tour

My Review: I give it three stars because the show is fabulous and you shouldn't miss it. However, I don't think booking it through the tour added any value. The seats we were given were in the last two rows. We cheated and moved up to the 5th row or so since there were open seats. The evening part of the tour isn't really a tour at all - they just pretty much take you back to your hotel. So definitely see the show but check the prices and see if you can book it directly for cheaper. Also, we saw another group of Chinese acrobats a couple nights later who were also really good, the ones in the round theater - either one is a great experience - don't leave shanghai without doing one of them.

Singapore Peranakan Trail Food Tasting Tour

My Review: This was fun. Got to see the garden where they grow peranakan herbs. Wear bug spray - we got eaten up! Little food tasting, culture museum. Enjoyed the experience!
