Excellent day at San Diego Zoo, very unusual animals in a nice environment. We were early so didn't benefit with skipping queues but it was busy later on in the day.

Excellent city tour, good guide and a variety of places visited in a short time, we also did the add on cruise which took us around the bay. As we had spent some time near the harbour we didn't learn anything new. Generally very enjoyable tour.

We felt that this tour could have been done independently with all the stops being available easily by using the metro, apart from the war memorial. However particularly enjoyed the Ford Theatre

Excellent tour and itinery but the organisation was lacking. The tour started a little late and there were more people than space on the bus. However the tour guide was interesting and very informative.

We found the restaurant easily, close to a metro line, in a good area of Paris. We were seated immediately and served promptly even though they were very busy. A limited choice is offered but generally a good value meal.

An excellent activity, we exchanged the voucher quickly and went in without queuing. The guides in each of the rooms were approachable and the whole atmosphere was relaxed. The rooms were beautiful and well worth seeing, it truly is a family home. The shop was good and fairly priced.

I booked this tour for a 50th birthday treat, whilst on holiday and it didn't disappoint. The tour starts with a photo opportunity at the Golden Gate Bridge, where we had time to walk part of the bridge. We had other stops for photographs and a short break for refreshments. The guide was great, he made the trip interesting and was very knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip to Alcatraz, the boat trip was lovely and once on the island we could spend as long as we wanted until the last boat. The headset audio tour, really brought the guards' and prisoners' experiences to life. We had the option to be picked up again later and were dropped off at Union square as requested. During the whole day we had ample time to feel relaxed and unhurried. This was an excellent tour and I thoroughly recommend it.

Enjoyed activity and saw some of Venice we would not usually have visited. Would have liked to see the street of the Assassins; however, the guide did tell us some interesting tales.

This was great. Everything was well organized, we had good food which was hot and tasty, we enjoyed the friendly staff, and had enough space on the boat not to feel overcrowded.

This was a very good value for money. We had a knowledgeable guide who made a successful attempt to be friendly with everyone. We also appreciated the unlimited wine and tasty nibbles. It felt like a treat.
