My Review: Except for the initial inconvenience in the meet up with the shuttle driver there are no visible signs in O'Hare, everything was very convenient up to the doorsteps of our hotel. The driver was friendly and helpful with our luggage. I took the same shuttle for O'Hare airport, and maintain the same comments. Highly recommended for airport hotel transfers. I will definitely share this with friends.
