A lot of activities are offered. The problem is that it is very hard to schedule enough activities in the day to cover the costs of the card. I think it is probably cheaper to pay the fees directly. I figure that we spent at least 40 more for the card than we would have spent going on our own.

Kuranda Scenic Railway Day Trip from Cairns

My Review

Unless you have a seat next to the window it is impossible to take any pictures and the view is very limited. I would be better to take the cable up to Kuranda and the train back. We got cheated on the time we could spend in Kuranda because a cruise ship was in Port the day we went and they had a shortage of buses. As a result, the time in Kuranda was hurried and we didn't get to see the birds or butterflies. We were 5 minutes late in getting back to the bus and it left us. Very disappointing!
