Sydney Taronga Zoo's Australian Animals Tour and Sky Safari

My Review: I did not read this tour offer very well and soon learned it was not about lions and tigers and bears but about local little guys. After an hour in the zoo classroom, we departed the tour and went our own way. It rained pretty hard, the baby elephant took refuge under two bigger ones, the lions crept into their caves, and our zoo photos were curtailed. The ferry ride and bus worked well, but we were disappointed. You might rework the text to explain what one would see on the "Local" tour.

Sydney Opera House Guided Backstage Tour

My Review: I am an amateur theatre buff and this was the most exciting tour I could imagine. The guide was great, being photographed at the director's podium and visiting all five theatres blew my mind. We finished the tour, enjoyed the free breakfast and went to the box office where we snared two tickets for our very first Opera LaTraviata that night. I am slightly disabled and along with other disabled Americans on this Princess Cruisetour, found it difficult climbing the steps to our seats. They really need elevators to all levels like American venues.
