This was wonderful and the cruise staff were very good. The views at night from the floodlit river was awesome and the Grand Palace and other temples were mesmerizing. The fact that we went on Valentines night was a double bonus.

We were disappointed that there were only 9 of us which meant we travelled the entire distance in a small mini-van with very little leg room and it was extremely hot. It also meant we could not look out and see much of the countryside. The guide explained the company rules that we would have to have 13 or more to go on a coach. The guide did her best but we had two others on the tour that were constantly complaining and one took over the guides seat in the front. Spoilt the trip for us,

This was the very best one of our 7 tours. Elephants painting were mind boggling. No one believes us except that we have the photos to prove it and we were also there to experience it.

Our tour guide was very good and explained a lot about Buddhism and the Thai culture. The tour was comprehensive even though very crowded at the venue.

The guide and driver were very pleasant and we did have a good day. There were only the two of us and we were looked after very well.

We did not realise that we were to take bathers and go snorkelling. Once again, there were only the two of us and after the driver took us to the long boat, the two boys did not understand much English. Slightly difficult as there was only us two.
