Was easy to find and only a short wait to our bus. Took a little time to get to the hotel because they drop off people seemingly anywhere and we were the last stop. They pickup and drop off at peoples homes, definately not a direct ride to your location.

No troubles in getting the card or using it at Legoland.

Had to wait a while and then it took forever to get the the airport. Luckily we made our flight. We were second to last pickup and still were in the car for over an hour from Hilton Anaheim to LAX ( not because of traffic just the large area it seems they pick people up at- supposed to be in regions/areas). Luckily we were there in plenty of time in advance. Seems to not care about time schedules of passengers and were only interested in maximizing the profits by making sure the whole van was full before transiting to the desired locations. Tip: if in a hurry you will need to complain and maybe the driver will listen. We had a group on our transit that were complaining they were going to be late and they seemed to have gotten special treatment (kudos to the driver for this), however, my flight was only scheduled for takeoff 5 minutes after their's.

Worked very easily and was convenient for Disneyland and SeaWorld.
