Basically OK. The driver constantly texted with multiple phones while driving. The girl who met us sat up front with the driver and they talked amongst themselves and ignored us. Again OK, no real drama but it did make us feel a little ignored and was not particularly friendly. As an Australian the custom of tipping annoys me and it was a little galling to have to hand over cash to some bloke who had really only done the very basics of his job. But in all we were met immediately on arrival and transferred in comfort to our hotel.

Our guide was excellent. He certainly appeared to really know his stuff. We had limited time to see the museum and he tailored the tour to fit in that time frame in a logical and interesting manner and each exhibit built on the last. Watching other visitors wander seemingly randomly around I can not recommend this tour highly enough.
