Fantastic tour guide - humerous and insightful.

Needed more time at the pineapple plantation (would have liked to walk through the maze and take the train).
The place we stopped for lunch was pretty poor.
Overall we're glad we took this trip

The greeter at the airport gave us the hard sell to get us to go to a 'free' breakfast where we could book other tours. I didn't appreciate this after our flight. We were then escorted to our mini van transfer which was fine. Pick up was also fine and on time.

Very good guide - Taj. Knew all the facts and more. Tour is a very long 12 hours. Not recommended for kids or older people or those with only a casual interest in the volcano. Nearing the end of the tour i was wishing it was time to head back, as it all got a bit of the same after awhile.Tour didn't return to our hotel till 11.30pm. Vegetarian dinner was included and was ok.

Good transfer with comfortable transport. We had the van to ourselves. I do think they pick you up too early though. We were at the airport for an hour before checkin opened.

Relaxing tour. Friendly staff and an endless supply of drinks. Boat was nice and the stop at the island relaxing. Crew had baked us a cake as we were on our honeymoon.
