What a must do tour! The tour guide Kid was great. Knowledgable, fun, efficient, experiece, the WORKS! He actually took care of everyone in the group! The journey up the mountain in the cogwheel train was a life time experience.

Only have about 35 - 40 minutes in Lucerne, not much time at all as the tour company packed 5 tours on the same bus with different destinations along the route. We were always rushing, rushing, and hurry up. What a pity, did not get to enjoy much of the city.

Tour was OK, it's more a 'on your own' tour once you get to the fall.

Seems like we were on the bus most of the time. The tour made 3 stops, Rappersil, Heidiland and Liechtenstein. Each stop we have about 30 min free time, not much to do anything at all. The scenary was fastistic though.

Adam from Radius Tour is excellent. He is very informative and know his King, King Ludwig, inside out. The journey up the castle is not an easy route, but with him as the leading guide and companion, we all made it including one passenger on the wheel chair. Adam actually pushed the wheelchair on the way up to the castle. Way to go Adam, 5 stars for you all the way!

The tour to Innsbruck was amazing. The tour guide Bridget kept us on our seat the entire 2 hours with interesting stories and history of Austria. She was very helpful and provide us with directions, maps, and even gave us recommendation with what to see. Great trip.

The bus we take to Salzburg was true German engineering, modern, clean. However, once we get to Salzburg, the tour is not so much 'guided'. The guide Charlie, just told us left turn here is this, right turn there is that. Then he took off. The boat cruise on Wolfgangsee makes the trip worthwhile.
