As always when using Viator, the tour was excellent. Local agent was very efficient and the guide for our tour, Georgia, was fantastic. She had an excellent knowledge of the Vatican and the treasures within, along with a fantastic command of the English language. Would recommend the tour to anybody.

Unfortuantely, due to a train delay, we missed our tour of Accademia, however, the local agent was great and offered to change the tickets to a tour of the Uffizi Gallery. The Uffizi was a worthy second choice and skip the line was a great, allowing us maximum time to view the art work within the gallery. Now have a great excuse to return to Florence to visit Accamdemia!
