Bit disappointed as we have used Tour East before as a trasfer company and they were brilliant. In this case we were made to wait at the airport for an hour and a half as they rounded up endless amounts of people from all different tour companies. Not happy at all!
I wouldn't mind if we had to wait a little bit for people on other flights, but as long as we were all booked through the same company! And after being moved from place to place at the airport (for an hour and a half) they then split the group up again and put us on all different buses, so therefore they should have just put us in the smaller groups in the first place so we could have left sooner!
