My Review: The meet and greet was efficient. They had a name board with my name on it. The transfer was a van and I was the only one. Would recommend this. More expensive than a taxi however saves you hassle of getting one.

Argentina Fiesta Gaucha Day Trip from Buenos Aires

My Review: It was an interesting day tour. It is quite a drive away from Buenos Aires and good to get away form the city. The lunch was delicious. The music and dancing of the show was quite good. When they did the horse riding tricks outside, it was not bad. The place is obviously set up for tourists and did not seem like a normal farm but it was fine. Lou our guide was informative.

My Review: The show was entertaining and I enjoyed it a lot. The dinner was ok but my main course of steak was overcooked not that they asked how I wanted it to be cooked but overall ok.

Vina Del Mar and Valparaiso Day Trip from Santiago

My Review: The day tour was very good. Maribelle the guide was great an enhanced the tour. It was nice to get out of Santiago and see the coast. Valparaiso was seemed more authentic than Vina Del Mar but only in the way that it was less upmarket and did not seem 'stuck up'. The only negative I can point out on this tour was the restaurant we went to. Nearly all the tour buses stop here. It is called Castillo Del Mar. If you look in Trip Advisor, it is ranked near the bottom for restaurants in the area. I would request to eat somewhere else if given the opportunity. If you have to eat here, I would only get a main. I made the mistake of ordering the scallops as a starter then getting lobster for my main dish. Both were woeful. he service at the start was fine however gets progressively worse, especially when it starts to fill up as they seemed short staffed.

Santiago City Sightseeing Tour

My Review: We ended up doing tour by ourselves as no-one else was on it. We got driven around in a mini-van and thought we would get more opportunities to get out and see the sights but only got out of the van once at St Lucia. It was a good way to see sights and understand them if only from the van.
