My Recommendation Tip:
If you want to see the beauty of New Zealand's country side and amazing wildlife, you have to go on a day tour to the Otago Peninsula (including the seal, penguin and albatross colonies). The best tour company for personalised service and an itinerary second to none is Elm Wildlife Tours. You will visit the owner's coastal property which he has turned into a sanctuary for penguins and seals. Great guides, breathtaking scenery and wildlife no matter what the weather. Not to be missed! This was my favourite experience in all of New Zealand.
