Paris City Tour, Seine River Cruise and Eiffel Tower

My Review: This tour was exactly what we hoped for. First, we took the city bus tour and it was very informative. Arrive early if you want to sit on the upper deck because some of the seats on the lower deck have obstructed views. Next, we were taken to the Eiffel Tower where we were given our tickets and priority access. The guide also gave us our River Cruise tickets at this time. The guide leaves after dropping you off at the Eiffel Tower, so if you want a COMPLETELY guided tour, this may not be right for you. It was just right for us. Our guide gave us instructions on how to reach our hotel before leaving. The tickets included access to the 1st and 2nd stories of the Eiffel Tower. You have to buy a ticket (5,20 euros) for the third story. I didn't like going up that high, but the rest of the family enjoyed it. The lines were really long to reach the 3rd story and there was no priority access. We did the River Cruise the same day, but you don't have to. The ticket is valid for 1 year. The cruise was a nice complement to the bus tour and has some wonderful views of many places - especially Notre Dame. We thought this tour was great.

My Review: AMAZING!!! This tour was exactly what we hoped for. We had a very knowledgeable driver and guide. First, the driver picks you up at the ship and then you go to the Vatican where the guide is waiting for you. Both were experts on Rome and couldn't do enough to help us. (Rigas was our driver and Francesca was our guide) They will follow the standard tour but you can change it anyway you'd like. People who took the tours our ship offered had a lot of trouble, but we got to do everything we hoped for and MORE!! I can't recommend this tour highly enough if you have a short time in Rome!!!
